At Drinagh garden centre, we want to make your shopping experience as enjoyable and hassle-free as possible. Our Delivery and Return Policy is here to help you understand how we handle shipping your orders and managing returns, so you can shop with confidence.
Delivery
We strive to ship all orders promptly, please allow 3 - 5 working days of placing your order. Currently, delivery takes about 2-3 working days, though this may vary depending on the volume of orders we receive each day.
We offer nationwide delivery to bring your purchases right to your doorstep, or you can choose our convenient click-and-collect option for a quick and easy pickup. We're here to make your shopping experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible!
Delivery Rates : Standard - starting from €5.95 ( depending on the size, price will be calculated at the check out)
Bullky - starting from €50.00 ( depending on the size, price will be calculated at the check out)
- bulky items for example garden furniture, large BBQ etc.
- these orders are delivered on a pallet by a haulier, curbside delivery and it is customer's responsibility to dispose of the pallet.
International deliveries: Unfortunatelly international deliveries are not possible at this time.
Delivery of Life Plants : To ensure our live plants arrive in the best condition, we dispatch them no later than Thursday each week. This prevents them from being held in a warehouse over the weekend.
Packaging: We are committed to sustainability and eco-friendly practices. As part of our efforts, we are reusing packaging materials when delivering your orders. This helps reduce waste and supports environmental conservation.
Click & Collect: Free in-store collection service for all products listed on our website is available. Just select the "STORE COLLECTION" option at our secure checkout. Once your order is processed, you'll receive an email notification that it's ready for collection. This may take up to 24 hours, depending on the number of orders being processed. To ensure a smooth pickup, please bring your order confirmation with you to the store.
Stock Accuracy: Occasionally, part of your order may be out of stock, which can cause a delivery delay. If this happens, we will notify you via email about any unexpected delays. Please note that the 'in stock' label next to an item does not guarantee its availability. Due to high stock turnover, especially with seasonal items, products may sometimes become out of stock. When this occurs, we strive to restock the product as quickly as possible.

Cancellations and Returns
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, or you change your mind, you may return it, in its original packaging, for a credit note within 7 days of purchase.
- If you are not satisfied with a substitute supplied for any reason, you may return it, in its original packaging, for a full credit refund within 7 days of purchase. Please contact us by email regarding this and quote your order number
- If your purchase is faulty, you may return it or recieve a full refund.
- Please include a note stating the reason for the product return, along with your name, address, daytime contact number and receipt.
- We strongly recommend that customers check their orders upon receipt prior to disposing of any packaging. All original product packaging must be returned.
- All items returned as 'faulty' will be inspected by us, and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as 'faulty'.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will only refund deliver/postage costs if the return is determined as 'faulty' or as a result of our error.
- Return shipping costs on any non-damaged or non-flawed returns will be the responsibility of the customer
- Every effort is made to ensure that plants are labelled and identified correctly, but mislabelling may occur. We cannot be held responsible for any mis identification.
