RHODODENDRON PERCY WISEMAN

This Terrace-Rhodo is of course a perfect plant to give color to your terrace or balcony. Place your Rhododendron in a sunny or semi-sunny place on your terrace or balcony and make sure that it is slightly shielded from strong wind. Ideally, you plant this Rhododendron in a sufficiently large pot. Make sure there is a hole at the bottom of the pot, so that excess water can drain off when it rains.

Rhododendrons grow best in an acidic soil (pH of 4 to 6). These potting soil mixtures are easy to find in the garden center. From March - April to October, provide sufficient (extra) water in the morning and / or evening in dry weather.

In the growing season, after flowering in May - June, it is best to provide your rhododendron with extra fertilizers with a formula made for acid-loving plants.

After flowering it is best to carefully remove the flower residues. This way your Rhododendron remains attractive afterwards as a green, shiny healthy plant.
