Shallot Red Sun Onion 14/21mm 500g

A beautiful red-skinned shallot has higher yields than most other red shallot out there—especially when you plant from sets. The oblong, burgundy-coloured bulbs open up to a superbly crisp white flesh and mild yet slightly spicy taste. When put away properly, the bulbs can store for over 6 months.

Great eaten raw, cooked, and pickled! You can also use the immature shoots as spring onions or scallions.
